I had a fantastic experience at Redlands Hotel, where the staff really went above and beyond to make our family gathering a success. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. However, the dining service could use some improvements, especially during breakfast times when there was a long wait to place orders. Overall, it's a great place to stay with excellent amenities and friendly staff.

The hotel features a stunning old building with beautiful gardens, creating a lovely ambiance. My room was spacious and comfortable, although the wi-fi signal was frustratingly poor. The staff was generally friendly, but I faced issues during breakfast on one of my mornings. Overall, it has charm and comfort but could improve in connectivity and service consistency.

My stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although I experienced an initial hiccup with the check-in process. The dining options, while available, seemed a bit pricey for what was offered, prompting me to eat out instead. The staff was attentive and helpful once settled in, making me feel welcomed. I would choose to stay here again for a convenient and enjoyable experience.
